Her research responsibilities included study startup, protocol implementation, clinical workflow integration, participant coordination, regulatory and IRB processes, documentation, data collection, and protocol adherence. That experience continues to shape the way she teaches—grounded in physiology, evidence, safety, disciplined clinical processes, and respect for the distinction between emerging therapies and established clinical evidence.
Her commitment to education extends beyond the classroom. Kelly has authored several books designed to translate complex health science into understandable, practical education and has developed a clinician-focused application to support deeper understanding of physiology, laboratory interpretation, and integrative clinical reasoning. She has also pursued advanced doctoral education in functional, natural, and holistic medicine and is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
At IIVNTP, Kelly serves as both an Instructor and Consultant, helping practitioners connect the science of IV nutrient therapy with thoughtful clinical application. Her teaching emphasizes physiology, patient assessment, nutrient function, laboratory considerations, infusion safety, contraindications, monitoring, and the clinical judgment required to individualize care.
Her consulting work extends that education into practice. She works with clinicians and clinical teams on the practical elements of establishing and strengthening IV therapy services, including workflow, equipment and supplies, nursing processes, staff education, safety systems, patient flow, and clinical implementation.
