From a medical-legal standpoint, it’s also beneficial for the medical director to participate, given their role in prescribing and approving treatments. Kindly note that the fees for both the 3-day and 2-day consultations cover remote sessions. For consultations that involve travel, travel or per-diem fees will be charged at the actual cost. The consultant’s workdays, whether conducted online or on-site, consist of 4 hours. It’s important to recognize that the consultant necessitates substantial time for consult-related tasks both before and after each workday.

For remote consultations, we require the ability to connect with an audio/video system that will allow viewing of your space and transmittal of clear images and audio. We will be providing real-time video assessment of your clinic space.

Infusion Center Start Up Remote Consultations

Three-Day Power Remote Consult - $3,500.00

Revitalize your Infusion – Shot Bar Center through our comprehensive program, providing three days of on-site or remote setup and practical orientation. Prior to the on-site visit, our consultant initiates the process with two phone calls, emails, or texts to grasp your clinic’s needs based on the Intake Form. This involves confirming the setup of proper accounts and ensuring the correct supplies have been ordered for a successful consultation. During this pre-visit phase, clinic goals are thoroughly discussed, and a strategic plan is formulated.

During the visit, our consultant will collaborate with you to determine the optimal IV – IM protocols for your practice, establishing clinic goals, safety parameters, and a streamlined workflow. Additionally, discussions encompass safety regulations and the foundational setup for the infusion room in broad terms. It’s important to note that in-depth knowledge of regulations and compliance can be acquired through our courses.

The on-site visit concludes with practical observation of a “clinic day,” integrating all that was discussed and learned. We strongly recommend involving real individuals for starting IVs to facilitate assessment and feedback on the entire process, from initiation to completion. The primary focus of the consultation is to ensure that policies, operating procedures, workflow, equipment, supplies, and furnishings collectively contribute to creating a secure, efficient, and comfortable Infusion Clinic.

The Two-Day Express Consult: $2500.00 (Within 120 miles of Dallas, Texas DFW Airport only)

This is the perfect consultation for the Practitioner who may have some experience in IVs but is either new to Nutritional IVs or would like to expand their practice. Prior to the on-site visit, or remote session, our consultant initiates the process with two phone calls, emails, or texts to grasp your clinic’s needs based on the Intake Form. This involves confirming the setup of proper accounts and ensuring the correct supplies have been ordered for a successful consultation. During this pre-visit phase, clinic goals are thoroughly discussed, and a strategic plan is formulated.

The onsite visit combines evaluation of Infusion Center for workflow, comfort and safety. The practitioner can choose to have a few patients receive IV’s or just focus on specific needs of the Clinic.

One Day Consult: $1500 (Online or within 50 miles of Dallas Texas DFW Airport only)

This one-day consultation is tailored for clinicians already engaged in IV nutritional therapy but needing clarification or observation in specific areas of the process. It’s also suitable for those embarking on the journey and seeking discussions on options and ideas. The consultation package comprises two preliminary communications aimed at establishing the consult goals and formulating a comprehensive plan. The live session is dedicated to expanding and clarifying the identified needs. Our overarching objective is to consistently create a secure environment and enhance the overall experience for the patients we serve.

REMOTE CONSULTS – NOTE OF CLARIFICATION

The Remote Infusion Consultation Service provides follow-up and practical support to start up or to expand your Infusion Center. These services are not a class and are designed to follow the IV Nutrition Therapy Lectures where the actual theory, IV protocols, and initial practical training take place.

How Do I Book My On-Site Consultation?

Prior to Purchase
  • Email us with your intention to book a consultation. We will contact you via phone, clarify any questions you may have, and ensure that proper training has been completed in order to operate a safe and effective Infusion Center. Please contact us using our contact form and submit the Intake Form and Needs Assessment for review.
Terms of Purchase
  • Once we have confirmed you are ready to book, please read and agree to the  Terms and Conditions and Contract
    As soon as you agree to and sign the Terms and Conditions and Contract you can purchase the Power Consult or Express Consult.
  • The two signed forms Terms and Conditions and the Intake and Needs Assessments forms must be scanned and emailed to us prior to scheduling a consult.
